Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Northline Home Group (“Northline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides bathroom remodeling, plumbing, and property maintenance services to homeowners and property owners throughout Chicagoland and southeastern Wisconsin. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of https://northline-homegroup.com and to customers and prospective customers who contact us, request an estimate, or have work performed by us.

Who we are

Our website address is https://northline-homegroup.com. Northline Home Group is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a home services contractor serving Chicagoland and southeastern Wisconsin. You can reach us about privacy questions at [email protected].

What data we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us, request an estimate, schedule service, or hire us for a project, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • The service address and details about the property and the work requested, including measurements, fixture and material selections, and access or scheduling notes.
  • Photos and video of the work area that you send us or that we take during an estimate, in progress, or at completion.
  • The contents of your messages, form submissions, emails, and text messages with us.
  • Estimate, invoice, and payment records. Card and bank details are entered into and handled by our payment processor — we do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical information logged by our servers and analytics tools, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages visited.
  • Cookie, advertising, and usage data as described in “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” below.
  • Call data as described in “Phone calls and call recording” below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, and follow up afterward.
  • To order materials, coordinate with licensed trade partners and suppliers, and obtain permits or inspections where required.
  • To invoice you, process payments, and keep business and warranty records.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to measure which marketing channels bring us inquiries.
  • To comply with legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations.

Project photos

We photograph our work for quality control, warranty documentation, and, in some cases, marketing such as our website, portfolio, and social media. Marketing photos show the completed work only. We do not publish your name, street address, or any image that identifies you or the interior of your home beyond the work area without your permission, and you can ask us not to use photos of your project in marketing at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure and improve our advertising. The tools we use include:

  • Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors find and use our site.
  • Google Ads — to measure conversions from our ads and, in some cases, to show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — to measure ad performance and show our ads on Meta platforms.
  • CallRail — to attribute phone calls to the marketing source that generated them, as described below.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Google ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Phone calls and call recording

We use a call tracking service to route and measure calls. The phone number displayed on our website may change depending on how you reached the site so that we can tell which marketing source generated your call. When you call us, we may collect your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and the marketing source associated with it.

Some calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and accuracy of job records. Where a call is recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline recording or ask to continue by email or text instead. Recordings are used only for the purposes described here and are not sold or used for third-party marketing.

SMS / text messaging

Northline Home Group sends transactional and service-related text messages — for example, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notifications, estimate and invoice follow-ups, and questions about work in progress. You opt in to receive these messages by providing your mobile number on a form, in writing, or verbally when scheduling service, and consenting to receive texts about your service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service — we will contact you by phone or email instead.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages you opted in to receive, and SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, maps, images, or reviews. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with it if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and deliver services, including with:

  • Licensed trade partners and subcontractors who perform part of the work, such as licensed plumbers and electricians. They receive only what they need to do the job — typically your name, service address, contact number, and the scope of work.
  • Suppliers and material vendors, for delivery and special orders.
  • Service providers who help us run our business and website — for example, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms, call tracking, email and SMS providers, scheduling and estimating software, payment processors, and our marketing agency. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety recipients, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, permitting or inspection requirements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Northline Home Group, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our use of advertising and analytics cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws; you can limit this using the browser and platform opt-outs described above.

If you request a password reset on this site, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, comply with our legal, tax, licensing, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project records, photos, and invoices are generally kept for the length of the applicable warranty and record-retention period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, except where we are obliged to keep it for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What rights you have over your data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, to stop using photos of your project in marketing, or to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, warranty, or security purposes. To make a request, email [email protected]. We honor these requests for all customers, regardless of where you live.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
